Sizing:
Waldies ® are designed to fit uniquely from all your other shoes. Because of the properties of the foam, Waldies should fit loosely while still offering comfort and support. The following shoe size chart has been provided specifically for determining Waldies shoe sizes. You should choose your Waldies shoe size according to the sizing chart provided.
After purchasing your new Waldies, check with the following guidelines to let you know whether you have the proper fit: - They should fit loosely
- The sides and front of your foot should not really touch the sides of the shoe.
- When your foot is centered in the foot-bed, you should have about a ¼ inch of space between the insides of the shoe and your foot.
- There should be enough space between the strap and your foot for your fingers to fit through.
- You should not feel any pressure points

Return/Exchange Policy
Everyone loves Waldies® and we want you to be happy with your purchase so we will gladly exchange your item if you're not pleased. An item may be returned for an exchange of the same value or greater from our Waldies.net store. Shipping charges are not refundable. E-mail us at support@waldies.net within 7 days of receipt of item so we can discuss the return and issue you an Authorization Number and shipping instructions. DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING SUPPORT. We do not accept returns without a Return to Manufacturer Authorization Number (RMA#). Please include your order number and specific reasons for return. (ie: too small, too big, so comfortable that you won't ever be able to wear regular shoes again…) The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges on all returned items. New items that have been used, worn or are damaged will not be taken for exchange credit and will be returned to the buyer at buyers expense. The best bet to avoid a return is to look the item over carefully, ask questions if need be via e-mail (support@waldies.net), then make your purchase. Any unauthorized returns without RMA#’s will be donated to charitable organizations. |
