How do I change quantities of cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account"  link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order cannot be edited through "My Account"  Please contact Customer Service if you need to change your order.

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account"  link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

For USPS: The number provided (if any) is NOT a tracking number. Priority Mail packages are sent with Delivery Confirmations.

For International Orders: The number provided (if any) is a Customs Form number and is NOT a tracking number. Orders shipped via USPS do not have a tracking number. Please allow 15-30 days for delivery. If your package is not received within this time frame, you must go to your local post office/custom’s office to inquire about your package. Frequently, international packages are held to collect your country’s taxes and fees. Effervescent Inc. is not responsible for the fees and taxes, nor are they the recipient.

How do I return my product and what is your return policy?

Waldies Original Comfy Clogs Exchange/Return Policy

RMA Procedure:
•Contact Waldies Customer Service at (978) 345-1857 or support@waldies.net. A Customer Service Associate will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
•All returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
•Fill out and sign the Return Policy form. Include the Return Policy form and the Sales Receipt with the returned merchandise.
•Write the RMA number on the outside of the box before returning any product. Returns without RMA numbers easily visible will not be accepted from the shipping carrier.
•Ship Returns to:

•RMA numbers are good for 30 days from date of issue.

Returning a Product:
•Customer must request a return for refund within 7 days of receiving an item. No refunds after 7 days. An RMA must be requested and issued prior to the return of any product.
•Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". New, unaltered and unused product shows no signs of wear or damage in any way.
•All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
•Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Exchanging a Product:
•Customer must request a return for exchange within thirty (30) days of receiving an item. No exchanges after 30 days.
•An RMA number must be issued prior to the exchange.
•Product can be exchanged for product of equal or greater value.
•Turnaround time for Exchanges is about three (3) weeks by may vary.

What should I do if I receive damaged or incorrect product?
•An RMA number must be issued prior to returning defective product.
•Customer must inform Waldies of any order discrepancy within 72 hours of the delivery date.
•User inflicted damage to the product will not be accepted.
•Damaged or incorrect product will be replaced upon return to Waldies.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
•If your package is returned to us "refused" or "unclaimed" (due to an unauthorized cancellation, change of heart, or incorrect address) we cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges to reship your item.
•If a refused or unclaimed package is no longer wanted by the customer, a 50% re-stocking fee will apply and a store credit of the balance will be issued to the customer less shipping charges and fees, valid for 6 months (180 days) from the original ship date.
•Alternatively, the customer has the option of accepting their original order and paying return shipping fee(s).

Who pays for shipping for a return?
•The customer is responsible for shipping to Waldies for Return or Exchange.
•Waldies is not responsible for any loss or damage in shipping to or from the Customer.
•If the product is damaged or incorrect, Waldies will ship the exchange unit to the customer free of charge.
•If the returned product is not defective, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
•Waldies will not reimburse any customer’s return shipping costs.

How do I make sure my Waldies will fit?

Waldies® are designed to fit uniquely from all your other shoes. Because of the properties of the foam, Waldies® should fit loosely while still offering comfort and support. The following shoe size chart has been provided specifically for determining Waldies® shoe sizes. You should choose you Waldies® shoe size according to the size chart provided.

After purchasing your new Waldies, check with the following guidelines to ensure that you have the proper fit:
• They should fit loosely
• The sides and front of your foot should not really touch the sides of the shoe.
• When your foot is centered in the foot-bed, you should have some space between the insides of the shoe and your foot.
• There should be enough space between the strap and your foot for your fingers to fit through.
• You should not feel any pressure points
